We'll put together a personalized, interactive base, complete with tasks, deadlines and attachments for both you and your planner. Everyone is on the same page, all the time.
budget breakdown
We'll start with your all-in budget and discuss your priorities and preferences in detail. We'll use this information to curate a personal budget breakdown for every category of wedding planning.
vendor selection
After breaking down the budget and listening carefully to your vision and preferences, we'll suggest your dream team of vendors! We'll handle all of the communication for you, from booking to wedding day, saving you over 20 hours of wedding communication.
DEsign & Decor
We start with an in-depth meeting to uncover the wedding's general aesthetic and create a wish list. From creative planning to rentals and through to the logistics and execution, we'll do all the heavy lifting.
Invitation suite management
We fully handle stuffing, sending, receiving, RSVP tracking after the invitation suite is created.
Full wedding day coordination
A team of four planners ensures every detail is handled on wedding day. We offer all-day coverage and make sure you and your families don't have to lift a finger on during the entire affair.
meeting attendance
We'll go with you or in your place to all of your vendor meetings, making sure no question goes unanswered.
guest accommodations
Making sure your guests are completely planned for is one of our top priorities. We'll book hotel blocks, transportation, and create itineraries when needed.
